You are purchasing one of the above pictured parts. Very nice 3D printed plastic race car driver figure used in the open wheel race cars made by Processed Plastics. May fit a Marx racer as well but for sure the race car as shown in the enclosed pictures. These cars were also used by Nylint toys for their racing sets. As with anything whether it is toy parts or full size car parts, some items may require some adjustment or fitting or slight modifications for use on your specific item.
